I bet you didn’t know there is a National Cat Day. Or maybe you did because you’re knowledgeable like that. Either way, it’s a purrfectly (see how I did that?) good reason to hug your cat today, give them a can of Fancy Feast, and check out a fabulous fundraising event called Authors Love Cats. Not only can you be entered to win some fabulous prizes, including books by some best-selling authors, but you also get the chance to name a cat in an upcoming book. Awesome? Yeah!
But what if I’m an author who doesn’t love cats? What’s in it for me? Isn’t that discrimination against the non-cat-lovers? I cry unfair.
Oh wait, that’s right, life isn’t always fair. So, I’ll suck it up and let you crazy cat people enjoy this one without me.
