Welcome to Hot Autumn Nights Blog Hop!
Since I live in Oregon, where November means hats and umbrellas and funky polka-dot rubber boots, I’m leaning more toward cool fall evenings. Here are five ways I like to warm things up:
1. Running in from the rain and jumping into a steamy jet tub. Candles, bubbles, wine…need I say more?
2. Cozying up on the coach with a cuddly blanket, coffee, and a good book. My sweetie can join me after some quality reading time. If my cats allow him access.
3. A Snuggler or two – hot chocolate and peppermint Schnapps, baby. Yummy and warm in the tummy. Cinnamon whisky does the trick too.
4. Vacation – somewhere with sunshine, please. Sand and surf might be nice too. Hawaii, anyone?
5. Bring back that blanket, plant my patooty, and watch True Blood reruns (Eric Northman is better than a heat lamp. Trust me).
While I don’t have a copy of my novel Wonderfully Wicked to offer since it isn’t due until January, in honor of my protagonist Kalila Montgomery, I’m giving away a super-soft blanket in dreamcaster red (Curious about dreamcasters? Antihero Lydon gives some dreamcaster tips here), salted caramel hot chocolate, and dark chocolate peppermint candy…all perfect for autumn nights of any kind.
What’s your favorite plant-your-patooty show? Be sure to leave your email address so I can contact you if you’re selected as my ever-so-lucky winner. Extra drawing points (and brownie points…ooh! Brownies are great for autumn!) if you sign up for my (very occasional, I promise) newsletter, follow my blog, stalk me on Twitter, or like my FB page.
Hop onward, little bunnies! Here’s the link: hop, hop, hop…
This is a Blog Hop, so show some love!

I love the Walking Dead and Reign, but I must say that recently, my husband got me addicted to Breaking Bad.
Ooh, I’ve been wanting to check Breaking Bad out…so little time! And I’m with you on Reign – it’s awesome.
I’m with you on the couch, blanket, fire and good book (or good tv show), wine or nice sippy cup of Southern Comfort. Cinnamon whiskey? Give me that recipe, please.
Happy Thanksgiving, CJ.

Happy Turkey Day to you too, Patricia! If you want to try a good cinnamon whisky, give Sinfire a shot…yum.
I also love Reign! Such a good show. One show that my boyfriend and I watch together is Grimm. Thanks for your great giveaway! I hope I win, those are my FAVORITE candies.
i_love_books at aol dot com
Grimm is also a fantastic choice – plus it’s filmed in Oregon, which I think is kinda cool. So glad you dropped in, Jessica!
Happy Holiday to you..and what a fun hop and a surprise one.. your idea of gifts to win are so amazing thanks for the chance.

Thanks for dropping by! 🙂
I love to snuggle and watch classic movies. Thanks for the giveaway!
Good choice – happy Friday!
I kinda suck with TV at the moment because of all the writing/editing. When the rare moment of freedom pops up, I check out Doctor Who, Sherlock, and Supernatural. I’ve a list of new shows to watch, but they’re not on streaming yet.
Hi Trish!! I feel your pain, but I do make sure to catch up regularly on Supernatural, and I’m kinda loving The Originals right now too. Happy Friday!
Thanks for the giveaway!

And thanks for popping in, Laurie! 🙂
I love my fireplace this time of year, but the cocoa pic has me craving that right now! angelarosebooks@yahoo.com
Ah, yes – fireplace and cocoa. A great combo. 🙂
It’s a tie between Firefly and Lost Girl.
Thanks for the amazing giveaway!

I’m a fan of Elementary; actually watching it now! Following by facebook 🙂
ghwasd at gmail dot com
Thanks for the FB follow…I’ve never heard of Elementary. I’ll have to check it out.
I don’t watch much TV anymore but I do adore Ru Paul’s Drag Race!! Just can’t help myself!
My hot Autumn night involves hot cocoa, my snuggie and a good book! And my honey to cuddle with!
grapeapril75(AT)gmail(DOT)com
Great combo: cocoa, snuggie, book, and honey! 🙂
I am a fan of Reign and Game of Thrones
I like these hops since i get introduced to a lot of authors i have yet to read
I LOVE Game of Thrones, books and the show. Even have a Jon Snow poster in my work out room. Glad you stopped by, Joye!
I love snuggling up with a good book or like you watching True Blood and Supernatural. Thanks for sharing the hop and your giveaway. Wishing everyone a wonderful and magical holiday season! evamillien at gmail dot com Facebook, Twiiter, and newsletter
Thanks, Eva! Fine choices, if I do say so myself. 🙂
A cozy blanket, cuddly cat, and cup of coffee is the perfect way to warm up. I’m not so patiently awaiting the next season of Game of Thrones (winter is coming, so why must we wait for spring?), but for now I’m finding Doctor Who or Torchwood marathons a great way to spend a lazy autumn night.

Cozying up with a cat and coffee is hard to beat. 🙂
supernatural meandi09@yahoo.com
Yup, love those Winchester boys!
My favorite shows are Walking Dead, Game of Thrones and recently American Horror Story Coven. We are hooked on them.
A great hop with a fantastic theme.

Tsk, tsk – no fave? Well, I still love you for signing up for my newsletter and dropping by – thanks!
I don’t really have regular shows, but if I’m planting myself, it’s with a romance or mystery book, and since I love to read series, I often feel like I’m watching a couple different seasons of my favorite people and their stories!
Thanks so much for being part of the hop!
Stalking.. err, following achieved via newsletter & blog with caroaz [at] ymail [dot] com

🙂 I must admit, it’s pretty hard to beat a good read with TV. Extra brownie points for you, Carolyn!
I have tons. Grimm and The Vampire Diaries for starters. Thanks.
magic5905 at embarqmail dot com
I’m a Vampire Diaries fan too. Thanks for stopping in!
I love your ways to spend your autumn nights! If I ever get to watch TV, and remember the proper night (or remember that it’s recorded), I like to snuggle up with my favorite blanket and some hot tea, coffee, or hot chocolate and watch Bones, reruns of Buffy, or Castle. I stalked you all three ways. michelle_willms(at)yahoo(dot)com
Aww, thanks for the stalking, Michelle! I never watched Bones, but Buffy was one of my faves, back in the day. Even have some VHS tapes. 🙂
My favorite is Elementary.
bituin76 at hotmail dot com
